Loaded Baked Potato Salad by Lady And The Blog

BBQ season! Woo hoo! Here’s a fun recipe for loaded baked potato salad. It’s a spin on the classic hearty side we all know and love.

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Yukon Gold Potatoes (Any potato you have on hand will work fine)
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Green Onion, chopped
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
½ Red Onion, chopped
½ lbs. Bacon, cooked crispy chopped
Salt
Black Pepper

Cocoa Banana Split Blizzard by Best of This Life

Ingredients:

2 frozen bananas
1 1/2 cups of almond milk or cashew milk
3 Tablespoons of raw cocoa
1 teaspoon of virgin coconut oil
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
10 ice cubes

2 Tablespoons of crushed almonds or peanuts for topping
1/2 banana for topping
Optional: coconut flakes or cacao nibs.

Mole Pulled Turkey Tacos by Be Nice or Leave Thanks

Because smoking a whole turkey on the BBQ is like ridiculously easy. You are going to be THE MAN after you smoke that bird on your barbecue. 

Ingredients:

1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp Mexican chili powder
1 tbsp chocolate chili spice blend
1 tbsp ground cilantro
1 tsp freshly ground sea salt
1 tbsp garlic powder

Arugula Salad by Seasons and Suppers

Ingredients:

5 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Roasted corn kernels, removed from 4 grilled cobs of corn
2/3 of a small jalapeño, seeds and core removed and finely diced
12-15 cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
3 handfuls of baby arugula
Tomato Basil Vinaigrette (recipe above)
Shaved Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Salt and pepper, to taste

Ultimate Sweet Potato Pie by Food Retro

The pie itself is shockingly easy to make–the only special equipment required is a blender, which not only makes the process speedy, but also ensures a smooth texture.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
3/4 cups table cream
3/4 cups white sugar (brown will taste fine but muddy the orange of the sweet potato)
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon kosher (coarse) salt
2 cups roasted and mashed sweet potato (about two large potatoes)
